Shipping policy

We are an online-first cake studio in Conroe, Texas. Choose pickup or delivery at checkout, and your confirmation email tells you exactly where and when.
Pickup
- Free.ย Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, in your chosen time window.
- Pickup is from Grand Central Park in Conroe. The exact pickup address is in your order confirmation.
- Bring a car with a flat surface for the box, such as the floor or a level trunk. Seats slope, and cakes slide.
- Run the air conditioning before you load the cake, and drive straight to your event.
Local delivery
- We deliver up to 70 miles from Conroe, including The Woodlands, Spring, Tomball, Willis, Montgomery, Magnolia, Humble, Kingwood, Cypress, Katy and Houston.
- Your delivery fee is based on distance and shows at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery runs Monday to Saturday. You choose a delivery window at checkout.
- Someone needs to be there to receive the cake. We do not leave cakes outside, because Texas heat will ruin them.
- Wedding and tiered cakes are delivered and set up at the venue by our own team.
- Planning something outside our delivery area? Message us with the date and address before you order and we will tell you what is possible.
Shipped items
Most of what we make is too delicate to ship. A few items, such as the wedding tasting box, can be shipped within the United States. If shipping is available for an item, the option and its cost appear at checkout.
Weather and road closures
If severe weather or road closures make delivery unsafe, we will contact you to arrange a new time or a pickup. If we cannot deliver at all, you can choose a new date or a refund of the order.
