On our website's checkout page, you have the option to choose pickup or delivery. If you prefer to pick up the order, our studio is located in The Woodlands neighborhood. Once you arrive, we'll assist you in carrying the cake to your vehicle to ensure it's transported safely. On the other hand, if you opt for delivery, the cost will vary depending on the distance from our studio and any tolls that may apply.

Pickup from our location in the Woodlands area of Houston, which is free of charge. 

For orders under $100, we offer courier delivery within Houston for a fee of $20.00. 

For orders of $100 or more, we offer courier delivery in Houston for a fee of $40.00. 

If you'd like courier delivery to another city in the Houston, please refer to the list of cities below for their respective rates. 

We partner with a reliable local courier service to deliver our cakes to you. They have a great track record of delivering our cakes on-time and in perfect condition. To ensure that the cake remains safe during transit, we pack it in a box and tie a carrying ribbon around it, making it convenient for you to transport it to your desired location. 

We want to provide the best possible service to all our customers, and that requires a bit of planning on our end. If you need to cancel your cake order, we have a few guidelines to ensure that we can accommodate your needs while still running our business effectively. 

If you cancel at least 7 days before your cake's due date, you'll receive a full refund. For example, if your cake is due on a Friday, we'll need your cancellation notice no later than the Friday before. If you cancel 6 days before your due date, we'll offer you a store credit for the full amount of your order.

Unfortunately, if you cancel within 3 days of your due date, we won't be able to offer a refund or credit, and you'll be charged the full price of the cake. 

We hope you understand that creating a cake is a process that requires time and effort on our part. As a small team, we need to plan ahead to make sure we can fulfill all our orders while maintaining our high standards of quality and service. 

You're able to make adjustments to your order, given that there are at least 10 days left before your due date. please let us know your changes no later than Monday. Just send us an email in response to your order confirmation email with the changes you'd like to make. Once we receive it, we will review the changes to see if it will affect the price of your order.

We reserve the right to use photographs of orders we prepare on our website, blog, and social channels. If you would like to specifically request that we do not use pictures of your order, or that we provide you with a picture of your order we will usually be happy to do so but you must let us know at the time of ordering.  We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and you should look through them as often as possible. 

Please let us know of any specific dietary requirements when you place your order. We are happy to accommodate allergies and can provide options that are gluten-free, egg-free, or nut-free.

You can personalize your cake design to your exact specifications with just a few clicks. With the customization option available on each product page, you can change the flavor, color, topper, flower type, frosting, text, and more. Please note that sharing samples with us allows for our interpretation of the design and may not be exact. Keep in mind that additional charges may apply depending on the accessories or customized toppers, and such orders will be processed after two days from the date of your cake order.
