Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Creating a custom cake is a multi-day process. Once an order is placed, we begin reserving ingredients, scheduling production time, and, for tiered and wedding orders, coordinating floral and structural elements. Because of this, our cancellation terms are tied to how much lead time each product requires.

Wedding and Custom Tiered Cakes

Cancel 14 or more days before your due date: full refund of all amounts paid, less your deposit.
Cancel 7–13 days before your due date: store credit for your full order amount, less your deposit.
Cancel within 7 days of your due date: no refund or credit is available. At this point, ingredients have been ordered and production time has been reserved on your behalf.

Deposits secure your date and are non-refundable in all cases.

Need to move your date instead of cancelling? We're glad to accommodate where possible. Requests made within 7 days of your original due date are subject to availability and a rush fee.

4+ Day Custom Cakes

Cancel 7 or more days before your due date: full refund.
Cancel 3–6 days before your due date: store credit for your full order amount.
Cancel within 3 days of your due date: no refund or credit is available.

Same Day and Next Day Orders

You may cancel or change your order within the amendment window shown at checkout, at no cost.

Once that window closes, your order moves into production and cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded.

Nationwide Shipping (Cake Jars and Tasting Collection)

You may cancel or change your order up to 3 days before your scheduled ship date.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, it is final sale. As a perishable, made-to-order product, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
