What to do in the event of a cancellation or if you need to request a refund.
Our Policy
We want to provide the best possible service to all our customers, and that requires a bit of planning on our end. If you need to cancel your cake order, we have a few guidelines to ensure that we can accommodate your needs while still running our business effectively.
If you cancel at least 7 days before your cake's due date, you'll receive a full refund. For example, if your cake is due on a Friday, we'll need your cancellation notice no later than the Friday before. If you cancel 6 days before your due date, we'll offer you a store credit for the full amount of your order. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 3 days of your due date, we won't be able to offer a refund or credit, and you'll be charged the full price of the cake.
We hope you understand that creating a cake is a process that requires time and effort on our part. As a small team, we need to plan ahead to make sure we can fulfill all our orders while maintaining our high standards of quality and service.
