What customizations are available?

Standard orders can include a custom label (your logo on the jar) and a branded note card, both available at checkout with a minimum of 12 units. Concierge orders (36+ units) unlock full branding: custom sleeves, unboxing inserts, and a curated flavor selection from our full 13-flavor menu. Custom sleeve design is available for $150 flat if you do not have a file ready.

How far in advance do I need to order?

Standard orders ship within 3 to 5 business days of placement. Concierge orders (36+ units) require a minimum of one week from quote approval to ship date, plus one additional week if custom branding is included. If your timeline is tighter, contact us and we will tell you honestly what we can accommodate.

Is there a minimum order size?

There is no minimum for standard orders. A single box is a valid order. Concierge pricing and full branding options begin at 36 units. Custom label and note card add-ons require a minimum of 12 units.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. Cake Jars ship nationwide via UPS 2-Day. Orders ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Packaging includes an insulated liner and gel ice packs to protect the product in transit. Ground shipping is free on orders over $99. Local delivery is available within 60 miles of Conroe, Texas.

How do I get a quote for a large order?

Use the 36+ corporate inquiry. Provide company name, quantity, delivery window, a logo link, and a recipient list if you have addresses. We respond within 24 hours with a custom quote.
