Common Questions
When will my jars ship?
All cake jar orders ship on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Orders placed after our weekly cutoff will ship the following available ship day. You will receive a tracking confirmation once your order is on its way.
Do I need to refrigerate them?
No refrigeration is needed during transit. Once your jars arrive, we recommend consuming them within three days at room temperature or within seven days if refrigerated. Always let a refrigerated jar come to room temperature before eating for the best texture.
Can I customize the labels?
Custom labels are available for orders of 12 jars and above. For wedding favors, baby showers, bridal showers, and corporate events, contact us to discuss label design before placing your order.
Can I mix flavors in one pack?
Yes. Each pack allows you to select flavors individually. You will choose your flavor combination at checkout.
What if I need more than 36 jars?
Orders of 36 or more jars, especially with custom branding, are handled as corporate or event orders. Use the corporate inquiry form and a member of our team will respond within 24 hours.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. Cake jars are available for nationwide shipping across the United States. Local delivery within the Greater Houston area is also available at checkout.
