A Dream Baked to Life

I’m Mide - mom of two, a wife and the heart behind The Sweet Layers Factory. Since 2018, I’ve been baking with love and intention, starting with family and friends and growing into a boutique online cake studio proudly based in Conroe, TX.

What began as simple birthday cakes turned into a passion for creating modern, stylish cakes that are as unforgettable to taste as they are to look at. Along the way, I trained at Le Cordon Bleu and L’Atelier Pâtissier in Paris, where I refined the art of blending delicious taste into buttercream and fondant cakes.

At The Sweet Layers Factory, a cake is more than dessert - it’s how we celebrate life’s sweetest milestones. From birthdays and weddings to everyday “just because” moments, we believe everyone deserves a freakin’ great cake that looks outstanding yet tastes sooooo good.

We’re proud to serve Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring, and Houston with cakes that bring people together. Whether it’s a treat for yourself, a surprise for someone else, or a centerpiece for your gathering, our cakes are designed to make everyone feel included, celebrated, and loved.

Every cake is made fresh from scratch in our certified home studio, using only the finest ingredients sourced locally and internationally. From same-day and next-day cakes to luxury wedding cakes and custom birthday cakes, we put care and creativity into every detail  -  because your moments deserve nothing less.

We love partnering with families, schools, and local causes to share cake beyond our kitchen. Because joy multiplies when it’s shared  -  and the power of dessert is real.
