A Dream Baked to Life
I'm Mide — mom of two, a wife and the heart behind The Sweet Layers Factory. Since 2018, I've been baking with love and intention, starting with family and friends and growing into a boutique online cake studio proudly based in Conroe, TX.
What began as simple birthday cakes turned into a passion for creating modern, stylish cakes that are as unforgettable to taste as they are to look at. Along the way, I trained at Le Cordon Bleu and L'Atelier Patissier in Paris, where I refined the art of blending delicious taste into buttercream and fondant cakes.
